What can be designed as an alternative to an object that is so settled in the collective imagination, so informal and so immediate in its simple function of use as a hanger? With the Angie project, the idea is, first of all, to tackle a “system” subject. There are hangers for jackets and shirts, trousers and skirts… why not a single hanger able to adapt to these various functional needs, tapping into a small repertoire of accessories?
