Alongside the KURILI cutlery, it completes the salad set. A small notch in the upper edge houses the cutlery, preventing it from falling inwards, while another notch on the support ring prevents water from accumulating when the bowl is placed in the dishwasher. Matua can also be used on its own as a table centre or change tray.
