Pinocchio is an epic figure of fairy tales and as such I liken him to the mythological figures of Olympus in ancient Rome, particularly Janus who in iconography is represented with two opposing faces. My Pinocchio is also two-faced: turning the cap clockwise protrudes a nose appropriate for small lies, turning it the other way protrudes a nose appropriate for big lies.
